Button placements frustrating on mobile

I am on a iPhone 12 Pro Max using Safari (Web App). This has happened multiple arena matches now; I have my 2 turns in my mind ready to go to end the round and when I take my first turn the buttons change placement and my quick mind just taps on the same button thinking it is the same action. Incorrectly judged, I lose the round or match. Is there a way to keep all the button visible? It could be grayed out. It could also be on a new line separate from the player name and game status. This would make the game more playable on mobile.

First of all, please use the Bugs/Suggestions section for this.
Creating a separate thread is not appropriate, and there is a good chance the developer will never read it.

Secondly, I cannot adapt the button display for every single type of device.
As you are not describing the actions you are performing, it is difficult to provide an answer.

In any case, "Rotate Cards" is always a valid action and therefore is never grayed out.
