BGA crashing and game results

Recently BGA tends to crash reguraly , for some reason whenever i play . That generally is not a problem since the games that are started show up as abandoned. But today i played Ark Nova (#849824792) and BGA crashed . could not apply settings and when i reloaded website i got familiarf BGA ups we do not work screen. Tried in couple minutes it accepted once command but did not accept second. i tried to reload but game was still loading but not letting me play. Well i left it the way it was , and when i came back to site after some time it showed that i lost a game. I dont care about elo, but that doesnot seem right ,i i was trying to win arena that would piss me off. As well there is no way to report that ...
