How do I get _ide_helper.php?

I've gotten fairly far in the Reversi tutorial, and just noticed that I should have a file called _ide_helper.php. Presumably it should be in the .vscode directory, but I've looked through my entire project and also checked via SFTP, and it's not there. Because of this I get a ton of Intelephense errors about undefined stuff, which makes it difficult to find actual issues. How do I get this file? Should I raise a bug report about it?

if you make a new project you will get one. It will be in the main folder.

It's a the root of your ftp folder, it should be for every project. If ever it isn't, you can get read only access to emptygame project and take it from here.

It turns out that the file was in fact in the root directory of my project on BGA; I think I was looking in the wrong directory with WinSCP. I didn't have it locally for some reason, but I copied it over manually and VSCode is much happier now. Thanks for your help!

I have the same issue. I am also missing the bga-framework.d.ts. They apparently did not came with the setup in my case. Where can I get them. Can I download them somewhere?
