You might have noticed you can't link your altered.gg account to BGA anymore.
If you want to see custom decks you are going to need to create a Re:Union account on https://altered.re/ and link it to BGA . Then you can either import your decks from altered.gg to the new deckbuilders from the community or create new decks there.
