Tzolkin tiebreak

Tie breaker: Each 1/4 point left = 10. Each worker left on a gear = 1 but I only see 2nd part in the rulebook..

I think that BGA doesn't support fractional points, so they have to use the tie breaker mechanic to resolve this even when there isn't really a tie. 37.5 points is supposed to beat 37.25 points. By counting fractional points as 10 tiebreaker points they ensure this will work, because 10 is more than the number of workers you can have.
