Reporting a Player without having access to his profile

Hello BGA-Team,

i didnt know how to do it since the misbehaviour happened before the game actually started. the player *** intentionally joins games just to cancel them. he did that 3 times to me i told him to report him for that if he continues and he did. i couldnt figure out how to do it even with google ai since i cant access his profile. i just hope this gets to the right team and the person gets a month off the tables or something.

that happens quite often in general, it would be good to have a general option to report players without needing to access the profile.

Why can’t you access the profile? You should be able to access their profile even if red thumbs have been exchanged. Generally only players who have left the platform have inaccessible profiles, and that is not the case here.

i just dont know how to get to the profile if you havent started a game. i cant get there.

Just type the name into the search box next to the logo in the upper left corner and there it is.

Be aware, by the way, that it is not permitted to call other people out by name on the forums and your post is likely to get moderated.

I've had this before with a different player who I won't name. I asked them to stop after the 3rd time, and they replied "gonna cry?"

Needless to say they are blocked. Best to just block the player.

Unfortunately there are all types of people on here and some just like to troll for whatever reason.
