Arena game ends immediately with ELO loss

Arena game ends immediately with ELO loss

It seems that arena tables are currently not allowed until June 11th. However, instead of actually blocking the game creation, the game starts and then immediately one player wins.

I just lost 26 ELO just for opening an arena table.

This is unexpected, not really communicated well and completely unfair. What can I do to get the ELO refunded?
