Is there a plan to add some of the expansions / online missions to the game? As much as I love core, there are characters in the Reboot box, ZC and Fort Hendrix that I love running.

Re: Additional Missions / Expansions
That would be great. New normal characters (I'm not fan of those made for joke), and fan made missions. I'm sure there some good normal one using base game tiles. But lets wait base game to finish implementing before working on expansion.
Re: Additional Missions / Expansions
Please, new expansions!
I would love to play the campaign mode of this game!

Re: Additional Missions / Expansions
I don't mean fan missions, any of the 30+ missions guillotine made post release. I mean stuff that's official.
Re: Additional Missions / Expansions
I see. I don't know much about Zombicide beside BGA, if those mission are official as you say, then there is much bigger chance that those will be implemented.

Re: Additional Missions / Expansions
Or likely NOT.
There are many expansions for Dungeon Rummy (but the expansions are not part of BGA implimentation). There are many "official" scenarios (especially in the Breakthrough Format, and completely missing is Overlord Format) for Memoir 44 that are not part of the BGA implimentation. I think that people need to understand that BGA implimentations of games with a lot of expansion/post base game material never impliment those expansions or extra content because the whole reason for a game company/designer to invest time in a BGA implimentation is basically to advertise the core game to would be paying customers of the hard copy cardboard game product. Their goal seems to be to use BGA as an advertising billboard to try to get some potential customers hooked on the core game system so as to boost their bottom line by getting people to buy the actual game (and its expansions).
And that makes total business sense from their stand point. Why would they want to invest time/money/resources providing a free or nearly free complete offering of their game that includes all bells and whistles of expansion content?
Their strategy is to get you hooked on base game so that if you want more than that, then you become a paying customer for their product.
I mean if you just look at the base game, you find that the number of characters to play has been expressly limited to a set of 12 characters ... there are MANY more characters with their own special combinations of abilities to play that are not part of this implimentation (at least according to the game company's Zombicide website).
With that said, I must applaud the current developers of this implimentation for all the content that they have provided us at this point. There are over 2 dozen scenarios to choose from, and many of those scenarios are advanced level when played with Hard Mode options ON (i.e., Dark Zones and Abomination Fest). This implimentation will not grow old as so much of the content is too complex for the average newbie player to even comprehend how to win these scenarios (because the average player has NO idea how to perform cooperatively as a team to accomplish anything in this game). But for the veteran players that do comprehend small unit infantry tactics and cooperative team work, there is much in this implimentation to keep them satisfied for a long time. [... and then you have the casual/manipulative players that just want to play the Tutorial scenario on Easy mode over, and over, and over again ... a whole other story in the backdrop].
Also, I have been highly impressed with the level of heroic effort the Developer of the implimentation has been taking to address "Bugs" or perceived "Bugs" (9 times out of 10 a reported "bug" is just because the player reporting doesn't understand the rules of the game ... inexcusable since the PDF rulebook of the game is posted for all on the game screen ... it is an awesome rulebook in its clarity and presentation, that actually includes a super helpful table of contents and even more useful Index {second to last page} to help you find the rule that exactly pertains to your rules question).
Re: Additional Missions / Expansions
At same time there are games that have expansions, Race for Galaxy, Catan to name those popular. So all depends. Also I said much bigger chance, not big one. And it is bigger then for fan made content.Schwerpunkter wrote: ↑26 June 2026, 05:34Or likely NOT.

BGA claiming to be community driven page, but never, at least I don't know any example, do fan made changes/content. Or really listen to what players has to say. Just because.
Since you raised that matter, I agree that developer is doing very good job, but I see testing/bugs report as structural problem. That what you get when you give tests to bunch of random people. And in Alpha it is even worse.
I was in alpha tests for this game, group had over 1000 people, and no more then 5% was doing something. Few of them was even bothered when I posted tables links, and was looking for players. Seriously
Most of bugs I see are because people doesn't understand, or don't know Targeting priority rule, combined with damage needed to kill zombies. Second thing is people turn Darkzone mode ON, but forget it, or don't know what it is and report bug where there is no hit on normal perception roll.
And only developer can close that wrong reports.
There are players that know rules very well, I won't pretend to be falsely modest, I'm one of those players, that could help. But without authority and tools, we can only comment and give clues, that might help developer or might not.
And that is one of many examples to claim that BGA should rethink and remade lots of there policies, and ways they act.
Edit:
For that matter I invite you to other topic, one about ELO in cooperative games. linkSchwerpunkter wrote: ↑26 June 2026, 05:34 [... and then you have the casual/manipulative players that just want to play the Tutorial scenario on Easy mode over, and over, and over again ... a whole other story in the backdrop].
I said plenty about that there. Its my Favorite example on what BGA should change and rethink.
