Formula D's dice RNG on gears 4 and 5

Hello, since I can't find game-specific forums, I wanted to ask if the RNG generator for Formula D can be checked again, it seems the maximum numbers for gear 4 and gear 5 are rolled way too frequent. I am aware on the gear 2 and gear 3 dice, the odds are weighted so that the highest number has the highest chance and the lowest number the lowest. But on the gear 4 and gear 5 dice, it says face distribution 2 of each, so to get a 12 on gear 4 should be 1/6 chance and to get a 20 on gear 5 should be 1/10 chance.
