I suspect that we both played suboptimally here, but this match had a unique character that was super fun.

I saw Helion and Underground Detonations in the opening hand and decided to try it out for the meme. It worked out pretty well, got 10 heat production from it and didn't have to buy a lot of cards because I always had lots to do. My opponent had Point Luna, so lots of cards, and by the end was seeing 5 extra cards per turn. I remembered a previous match where I built a crazy money engine but ended up losing because there was no good way to convert it into points in the endgame, and tried to pull the same thing off here and go into the long game. I spammed cities across the whole board, completely blocked my opponent, and won by a single point in gen 12.
In the end luck was a big factor here (had one Jovian multiplier more or less arrived it wouldn't have been so close), but it's still a good reminder to build your cities!
