Friend alert when waiting for game extension/userscript

Below I have attached a screenshot of the Friends pop-up box when a friend is waiting for a game as shown at the bottom. Can someone create a userscript or extension that alerts a member that a friend has started to wait for a game (and say the game waited for) just like the yellow bell alert toggle causes a popup box at the bottom right hand side to show when a unpopular game is started and an option to join?

I don't think it's hard as the information is already there as shown by the screenshot?

This might be something that's possible to add the the Chrome extension (see discussion thread here: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30509). I don't know enough about extensions to know how easy or hard it would be, but probably worth asking the question. The developer will tell you politely if it's not possible for them to do.
