Pioneer Rails is now available for Alpha testing!
Pioneer Rails is a competitive flip-and-write game set in the wild west. As a railyard owner, you must build tracks to reach towns and visit features on your map such as cattle ranches and rail yards. You do this by selecting a playing card each turn, the suit of which determines the station from which you can extend tracks that turn. But be aware: at the end of each round, the values of your five chosen cards form a poker hand! The better the poker hand, the more points! The player who can get the most points from their railway networks, poker hands and completed goal cards wins!
This implementation is for the Essential Edition of the game, which includes two more maps (Forest) and two mini-expansions.
