Why does Turing Machine have no numerical elo?

Why does Turing Machine have no numerical elo?

I know most (if not all) cooperative games on BGA don't have elo, but Turing Machine is not cooperative, so why does it not show a numerical elo rating?

edit: just read some older forum posts, it seems like it's because many people are cheating?
