Can I skip a turn in sobek?

Hi everybody!
I have a turn based game (1 move per day) and the other player is not playing by days but I can't see how move on or finish the game...can somebody help me?

In any game where a player runs out of time, other players may skip their turns. However, "out of time" refers to *total* thinking time, not just the extra time awarded for each turn. Therefore, on a game with 1 move per day, it may be 3 days until their turns may be skipped.

When the player's time does finally go negative, go to the table. A button should appear that says to skip their turns.

Note, there is currently a bug (http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!bug?id=2456) with this system.

Ok, I see an hourglass near player's nick, so I was thinking his time was definitively finished. I'll wait a bit more

An hourglass just indicates that the game is waiting for them to make a move. If they are out of time, it will be a red hourglass with a clock in front of it.
