Manaforge is now in Alpha. Released in 2017, Manaforge is a dice-rolling, card-drafting, engine-building game of fantasy artisans competing to craft the best magical equipment. Players roll dice to gain 'mana', which is spent to acquire magic item cards. Some cards are added to your 'workshop' and provide abilities each turn, others go into your 'store' and give instant effects. Most Prestige (VP) after 9 rounds wins! Mechanics inspired by Magic: the Gathering, with its mana management and combo building, while Dungeons and Dragons players will recognize the theme and that 'shiny new magic item' feel. Plays 2 to 4 players.
