This string is for something under testing right now (let's not spoil the surprise).
As for context, let's just say that this functionnality will only work with certain web browsers, and if they are configured correctly. This string is for the player to understand why it doesn't work if it doesn't, and what he can do about it.

Anyway, you can leave it untranslated for now if this is not enough information in your opinion
