Kicking opponent out in minus 10 seconds

How did you guys let a bug go when a player can intentionally kick opponent out in less than 20 seconds by spamming the button?

Happened to me at least 5 times, always at the last move when they know they are about to lose.

What do you mean, "spamming the button"?

Were you over your allotted time or not?

They didn't. It doesn't work that way. If you go over your time, you're given a 20-second window to correct it the first time. The next time, the grace window is smaller. And if it happens again or if you go over either of those grace windows, your opponents can kick you from the game because you didn't stick to the time you'd committed to.

You have no recent time violations. For someone who can't meet his turn time commitments, he needs to choose a game with longer turn times.

Does the window also get smaller if the kicker cancels and clicks again?

I had a look to see if I could provide feedback. Unfortunately, as soon as I pulled up your profile, all I saw was your feed comments calling people p*ssy, moron, and coward.

That is definitely not the best way to ask for grace for going over your alloted time :/

One idea is to mention in the game chat at the start of the game that sometimes you need a bit of extra time.

This may prevent your issue.

I've had people go over their alloted time purely because of internet connection issues- so I totally understand how it can happen- but again, try to use the game chat to set the expectation at the start. Worth a try at least!
