Hello everyone,
Muster: Raise the Banners is open for ALPHA testing. It is a quick two-player card duel over five castles, about 10 to 20 minutes a game in real-time: you raise face-up columns of Banner cards beneath each castle, climbing 1 to 5 in strength, while Rainbow Wizards, Bridges and Castles bend the rules in ways either player can steal back. When the last card leaves the deck, whoever controls more castles wins.
The implementation is complete end to end, include three variants (Simplified for new players, The Power of One, and Somewhere Over the Rainbow). The real card and board art by Pedro R. M. Andreo is great fun.
What I appreciate from reviewers:
1. Your opinions and suggestions. This is the most valuable feedback and the hardest to get. A short game lives or dies on its interface: tell me where you hesitate, what you look for and cannot find, what feels slow or unclear, and whether the board reads well on your screen (phones included). A usability note is often worth more than a bug report.
2. Your bug reports. Please use the bug report button from inside the game, so the report carries the table number and the exact move, which lets me replay the situation. A bug described on the forum without a table number is very hard to reproduce.
3. Your approval. Please remember to leave it at the end of the game. It is what gates the move to BETA, and it is easy to forget after a full game.
