Military support timing window

Playing as Sol I traded military support at the beginning of my turn before taking any other action. The person I traded it to says they are unable to use it in the same timing window and has to wait till my next turn to use it. Has the timing window for beginning of turn passed after making a transaction? I thought this component was able to be traded in the same window it’s used.

Yes, it has passed to prevent players from always having to pass the start of their turn which usually is not needed.

Under the Alerts tab, advanced alerts button, you can enable a pause at the start of your turn if you are Sol and want this in future turns.

That will let you sell the card and have it used immediately.
