Hello,
I am developing Paneveggio on BGA Studio (developer account: Gwi).
Since the evening of 6 November 2026, studio.boardgamearena.com (193.70.55.232) no longer responds from my home internet connection: connections to port 443 time out and ping gets no answer. From the same connection, boardgamearena.com works normally, and so does SFTP to 1.studio.boardgamearena.com (port 2022). The Studio also works fine through my phone's 4G connection. So it looks like my home IP address has been blocked on the Studio web server only. I can send my IP address by private message to an administrator.
This probably happened during an intensive testing session: many page reloads, several test tables created in a short time, and several SFTP deployments. I did not mean to overload the servers. I have since changed my workflow: a single SFTP session per deployment, no automatic retries, and no rapid reloads.
Could an administrator please unblock my IP address? If there is a rate limit I should respect when testing, I would be glad to know it.
Thank you very much for your help,
Ludovic
