Sorry but I cant see how to turn the wheel on Palaces of Carrara. Help would be great thanks :)

For the full discussion, in case someone else needs to know....

When selecting the "purchase bricks" option, and playing with the advanced variant, a menu will pop up and ask if you want to turn the wheel before you buy. In the standard variant, you should not be given this option.
