Sorry but I cant see how to turn the wheel on Palaces of Carrara. Help would be great thanks

For the full discussion, in case someone else needs to know....
When selecting the "purchase bricks" option, and playing with the advanced variant, a menu will pop up and ask if you want to turn the wheel before you buy. In the standard variant, you should not be given this option.
