Turn by turn play and red thumb

I really appreciate BGA and the turn mode but...

You have to improve on how it works. Either someone you red thumbed cannot join a table you created or tables shouldnt start automatically when number of players is met.

Cause I am really pissed off that I create 2 players game (Hex hive gyges...) and discover that I have to play against someone I dislike. (sometime just to bother me).

Please do something!
