Cannot register for Studio

Hello all,

I tried to register for Studio at the following address: http://en.studio.boardgamearena.com/, which apparently worked (because if I try again I get a SQL error saying duplicate entry) but I've never received any confirmation email. If I try to "Password Lost", I never receive any email either.

Anyone can help?

Hi. It happened to me too, and a few minutes later the email arrived to the spam box. Check it out.

Yeah, nothing since yesterday. I should have mentioned that.

I reproduced the same behavior. I did a password reset which sent an email and I received a success message after clicking the link and entering a password. However, I can't log in with the user name i registered with and new password.

hello, I got the exact same problem.
when registering, the site said there was a connexion error, without refreshing the page. i clicked again on the register button and got the SQL duplicate error.
and now i can't login (because, according to the error, i don't have a password), and the email never arrived. (i'm using a @hotmail.fr adress, can it cause any trouble with emails?) it's been several hours since.

For what it's worth, the email went to my spam when I first joined so do check there just in case...
