Yeah, I take my words back. Recruit Muster and Tend Land is the S Tier.
Bear may be A Tier, Innovation may be B tier but all others are obvious C Tier.
Muster relies on how the cards come out and if the opponent blocks you or not, but it has the highest potential.

Recruit is obviously the strongest special power in this game. It has gone beyond the limit. I have been playing ranked and Recruit is the only special power I have lost to, not to say that I won all the games that I got recruit. It's simply a game whether you can draw recruit or not. We should cons...

My opponent had a time setting "fast".
I was not thinking long, but since I had lots of actions to make, the time expired and I was kicked.
There should be some time refreshment after action has been made.

I think I got it right this time. Still need some improvement though.

As in the Oceania Expansion Variant, I would prefer an option removing Chihuahuan Raven and Common Raven.
Basically they are auto-win cards.

I'm into Russian Railroads, but I seldom get a matching. For unpopular games, making matching longer than 1 hour does not help people to gather since people wont wait over an hour to play that game. So please change the max wait time to 1 hour.
