Ask yourself this: Would they be willing to pay money for this? Would the dev be willing to do it for free? Why would anyone spend resources on this?

If you‘re not actively participating in a game you deem lost, you already destroyed the fun for others, as you call it. If I go into a game as a 3- or 4-player game, I will naturally play differently than I would in 2-player. So with you dropping out in whatever way, you change the game mid-game.

Drafting does not add skill or mitigate luck per se. It favors a different set of skills. Improvising and playing against unknowns well is just a different skill. And you can have good and bad luck with drafts too: Your opponent may be dealt AI and 3 bad cards, whereas you get their Jov mult and 1 g...

I think MS is super important in higher players count games. Awards can get you free points from others, while MS takes points from the whole table. Make sure you don't have arena selected because in arena you can't choose any settings.
