with the gear discussion it is currnetly set so even if you select a guess the time still runs till every single player choses. Yes in base mode grabbing a chip stops the timer

Okay to be fair it is not a karma hit. But it shows slow play which is a "soft" hit to player preference

the timer stops in normal rounds when you pick up a chip. But if you are playing anything other than base some of the equipment requires the players to "consult" and even if you click a number or option the timer continues for all players in the consultation until everyone has completed it...

With the concern being that my global reputation is getting hit on a situation I have no control over, even If I make a play as I should

The timer for game should be changed as group abilities with discussion make it impossible to lock in a deicsion resulting in almost guranteed penalties even if you are playing and or selected and answer for discussion

The Crew has a way to filter by ELO this one does not. and Quite frankly havent figured out how it caculates elo- the crew is just number of games played

I notice a lot of frustation with newer players getting mixed with more expierenced. Is it possible to set this up like The Crew where some of the elo is based on number of games played etc and then the option to limit players to the expierence level people want to play with?

IT seems to me that I see a lot more dealer J's then seems statistically accurate? I had one game J 6 of the first 7 and 9 of the 13 hands dealt. Could be confirmation bias but see them a lot.
