I think you may be able to set up this gameplay with the Hotseat feature? (My guess is if you have the Hotseat player "abandon" the game, the game even will have it still roll dice automatically for it!)

Maybe what the small device players need is some special WARNING message when the "You Win" card has been purchased, and each time it's cubed? Maybe some special alert tone? If it's especially creepy, it might add to the game for all players!

I've not had that issue myself, I've had success using the 2x card to get 2 rather than 1 cube on another card.

I guess I'd suggest be careful to select the 2x cube before selecting the other card?

This is a military-themed space game. I'd enjoy games where one player has to be, say, 20 rockets ahead of the other players to win. Or in multiplayer games, you're out if your number of rockets falls too far behind to "defend yourself".
