You should be able to look at the "libraries" - the cards you've put away to receive at the beginning of the second and third years. In the physical game, you can look at the libraries, right?

I am using Google Chrome 17.0.963.83 m, the newest version and playing two player Hawaii. I had to refresh after every placement and and every row selection, mine and my opponents. I also tried it with internet explorer and it was the same thing.
