I am trying to increase population other then use the "increase population using food" button at the top.

What am I supposed to press to pay 1 civil action, pick up rightmost yellow token, or put yellow token in my worker pool?

I see I am able to change preferred playing hours, however it looks like it only changes for that specific game. Is there any way to adjust preferred playing hours so that it applies to all games or is the only way adjusting for each individual game?
