I believe if you send the player a direct invite, it bypasses the 100 ELO requirement.

The points you raise in no way indicate cheating. The particular puzzle settings you play can be solved quickly by more experienced players, some even in sub 10s. All I can suggest is to practice in the solo mode and eventually you will see your average solving duration getting quicker.

I don't think it's a bug. What you are seeing is correct because the first player starts the game with 16 honey. Based on the screenshots you posted, your honey at the end of your turn would be: 16 starting points - 7 (cost) + 4 (beehive points) = 13.
