Bump. I am having the same issue right now. I unlock a second industry marker, it even says "New Industry Marker Unlocked!" but there is nothing I can do, nowhere to click to allow me to advance this second industry marker, even when I have industry marker movement actions available to use...

Hi yes, the sound slider is all the way down (with an X) and yet Maracaibo still plays sound effects.
