Is this something the Gurus can vote on to do? Lords is banned in the Kingdom Builder arena, so there's precedent. It dominates every game it's in.

I'm assuming it doesn't because you draw your card. Separate the two things so we can confirm the magic item, then post-confirmation, we get the card draw.
