I see this as a pretty global game whether it be 2 or 3 players or however many turn based will always be faster to get games. You can play multiple at same time and often players play it like real time if you are both online at same time. I would just recommend turn based if you desire more games. ...

I don't think it's too crazy of an ask. I'm not sure how hard it would be for the programmer to create that version but if simple enough i dont see the harm. People like to play games in different ways, i think this site does a fair job of accommodating variances

It appears your 1 arena game was real time. Are you familiar with turn based? Most arena games are taking place on turn based. If you were premium it likely would be easier for you to play real time as standard users could join the table you create
