I think growing farm is a very fun card, and it looks impressive when it's good, but I think the situations it is good in are almost exclusively win more situations outside of 2 room growth strategies

How can cottar trigger afterwards, when you should get the clay immediatley after paying the costs of the clay oven? Isn't paying the costs before building the improvement? The way I interpret it is you receive the improvement immediately as you pay for it, and you get the baking action immediately...

You receive the baking action as you receive the oven, cottage triggers afterwards.

I think there's definitely a correlation between having a big house and winning, but I'm not sure how often someone is winning because they have 4 or 5 rooms rather than having lots of rooms because they have a winning position already.

I think d is in such a bad spot in terms of building the meta will probably settle on taking 3w or wood occ+1r in round 1 to ensure you don't get pushed to grow last..

Would you yourself have known to play that way prior to this topic? I would say it's easy and straightforward to play once you know, but if you don't you might instead play it more like a lover for full actions/4th person, basically using it "fairly", in those cases I think it's powerleve...
