When will these happen? I can't even chat now because of the server outage tanking my rep. Also why is that even a thing we should always be able to chat, and on top of that, the chat delay is incredibly annoying and needs a timer if its going to remain.

The tutorial is broken, when you take the second orange tile, and place it wrong and click confirm, and it says you must take the action in the tutorial, you can't do anything else you have to restart the tutorial

It is really annoying that I keep getting 180 second timeouts trying to have a conversation, that is far to slow, and most sites let slow mode be its own user based setting not server wide. Then all of a sudden I got 480sec timer for some reason.
