I have a game stuck on "Application loading.... Go back (button) Connecting to your game...". I've created a bug for this but it is stuck saying it is my turn. Please can I have this table closed?

Hi, How do I get access to the SFTP and the database for a tutorial game I have created? Has anyone figured out how the negative action points come about? We just had a game where one of us had -2 but there is no way to see how that is calculated.
