Both expansions only came with "Advanced upgrade" cards. With at least that option on for garage and both expansions checked you will have all relevant cards.

What would be proper etiquette of the personal notes for turn-based games? Rules say no looking in the discard so that would feel wrong to put in the notes even if the game is extended beyond what was expected. That's the only limit on memory I can find in the rules.
