Is it still rubbish? I'm keen to play again but can't bring myself to start a game in case the new design is still there. Another thread here shows how to revert mostly to the classic design by copy posting some custom css to your profile settings. Works like a charm and makes this game playable ag...

No interaction is possible, so why not just let both players fill their whole board in one turn and then calculate the winner?
