I often turn off trades, it just means i want to burn the offering players clock instead of mine. People can take obscenely long to play out very simple turns. If I already know i dont have what someone wants (thats pretty easy to know sometimes), then id rather not have to spend 5-6 minutes between...

The problem is if you let people concede, they will concede games that they could win. This will reduce the enjoyment of the site, even if it helps save some time. Everyone has to slog through a long game once in a while, but its really not a big deal

(Also statistics will be a lot less meaningful)

I actually disagree, I think people should enter games ready to play them through - not everyone is playing for ELO, and it isnt much fun when you are having a great game and your opponent stops trying. I empathize about dragging games out, but thats not going to happen too often, unless your oppone...

Any way we can make it so when you start a dominion game it defaults to a random board?

Every time I switch back to dominion from playing Race I forget to do this. Playing 'first game' is like playing solitaire in my sleep.
