I think the criteria is: the winner is the one who has lower ELO

Yesterday, the tournament started but nobody has been able to start any match. Do you know why? There is first qualification phase with groups of four players and thay have to play against the other: three matches. But it doesnt allow to start any match.

Question: while translating to Italian, is it ok to apply names of players and teams which belong to the TV Anime we have all seen in the 80-90s? I've noticed that the Spanish translation has been done like this. Example: Benji Price, Mark Lenders, Newteam, Derrick twins etc... I first need to know...
