Definitely need an UNDO on all no draw/no roll actions ! And also a CONFIRM on all actions that lead to no UNDO possibility. It worked for me until my last M2 mission.
So maybe it bugs sometimes.
And yes, a friendly mode mission does not count as an achievement.
