Perhaps there is a solution where instead of conceding--there could be an option of "Pass all remaining turns" that way the person that wants to be done can be done, and the person who is trying to finish can also finish?

Depends on their intent. Engine building games attract engine builders who likely are not trying to point shame the competion, but finish their engine. If the player is doing a good job with tempo and time, I do not begrudge them finishing their turn.

Can someone tell me proper ediquette for end of game. I am getting frustrated with people conceding and not finishing the game, because by the last generation, we all know who won or lost.
