Was working well for me. (iPad, safari) Until I got to the step where light blocks two potential dark bridges. Seems to hang there and won't take my moves.

Looks really interesting. I'm in the midst of my first game. ... I noticed the notes at the bottom -- and those are really helpful. Another approach to the confusing parts could be to not let the next dice roll take place until the next-moving player comes to the table and presses a "roll"...
