I agree that 200 for blind nil with passing is absolutely insane. A very valid strategy is to set yourself early to give the opponents some bags and go down by 100 and then shoot past them with a blind nil...assuming you could look yourself in the mirror after perverting the game so extremely.

The 6 bag rule feels off to me somehow. Its better than 10 bags in a 300 point game but not as good as 10 bags in a 500 point game. I think it has to do with how many bags you can get in a single hand as a percentage of what triggers the penalty.
