I like seeing how many of each games is being played in real-time and turn-based, but I can't remember how to to that page. How do I make that work?

When I set my preferences for hours I want to play a turn-based game what time zone is displayed? Is it automatically set to my local time zone? Or do I need to convert to my time, G-6? If it is set to my time zone, does it detect that automatically or do I need to input my time zone somewhere? Than...
