I enjoyed playing Hearts... until today. The new interface is ugly and awkward. It is not as easy to use as the previous one, but for me it is more the aesthetics - basically, I liked playing the game before and now I do not. I hope there is a mute option. I don't mind a greeting or two at the beginning of a game, but for the most part I prefer opponents who are silent and want to play more than talk. So I don't want my chat box filled with some player's AI making ongoing commentary.

A game about birds isn't exactly a novel idea - not with Wingspan already out in circulation...

That said, I will give this game a try - several people seem to like it, so maybe I will as well. There can be more than one good game about a theme, after all!

If I understand clocks, 21:00 CET is about 3:00 EDT (or 12:00 PDT) for us in the United States. Is there any chance a similar tournament could be created for, say, 22:00 EDT or something similar?

Or, better yet, will it be possible for players to create their own tournaments?

This is my chief complaint with the game... you have to pay close attention during their turn, because if you miss the change, you will never know what they did. Maybe a button to click that highlights the previous player's move?
