Being Same Wonder several times in a row playing Arena

Have anyone experienced this before? It is frustrating when you be Babylon, and other Wonder starts building Science, or hiding them. How does the Wonder distribution is happening? How random is it?

Hello, I am struggling to go up to Diamond level from Platinum, and I have a question for the point system. I get it when I become 3rd, I lost 2-4 points, compared to level of players.
