I would stick to the framework for translations. There is not a single translator on BGA, there are many. No one speak all the languages available to play. The Confidentiality and Cookies page describes all the data collected, it includes your IP address. You were both connected at the same address at some point, I suppose the website considers you live at the same location based on your history.
