Re: RAUHA: Make Rauha shine again!

I was relieved to discover that I am not the only one that has NO IDEA what discussion of the title is about.

I live in UK, and have searched several times to gain insight, but find nothing.

For the sake of education and no more, can somebody give some information rather than emotion?

Re: POOR policy - BAD policy from BGA

Tisaac - Your matrix needs to be a little more complex, since it also matters who played which card, and when.

Re: POOR policy - BAD policy from BGA

Nothing can stop players from making notes, taking screenshots or whatever they wish. It would, of course, take them time to do it, which matters a little when one is playing REAL time. I have been put right, having been unaware until this evening of the great number that play turn-based. Here, it m...

Amend POLICY for trick taking card games

I am astonished that BoardGameArena has arranged that trick taking card games like Spades and Solo show the cards that have g one . This is wholly inconsistent with the most fundamental of card playing rules - I fear that whilst the excellent site organisers understand all manner of games, they allo...

Bidding to win all 13 tricks

If a player who is losing bids 13 tricks when they certainly cannot achieve it (an opponent holds Ace Spades), is that

(A) an interesting strategy or
(B) bad gamesmanship?

Duration - how long does it take?

I haven't really tried at BGA yet, having thus far only spent time trying to undertstand it out of the box.
So, how long might a game last online a BGA?
(and does BGA provide sandwiches?)

Karma dmage - but WHY ?

I see that my karma was reduced because I 'left a game' of 6Nimmt (https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=174006851).
Bu I have NEVER seen the names of the other players in all my games- how can I leave a table that I never started to play at ????
What is happeneing here, please?

Re: Jekyll vs. Hyde / Rest in Peace: 2 ALL NEW GAMES RELEASED!

Jekyll vs Hyde is a good two player card game, and they are not easy to find. By 'good' I mean that it presents challenge to players of all skill levels. It plays extremely well on BGA - it really has been nicely put together. Most impressive in this two player game is the way that the play and comp...

Re: 2nd worst game on bga

Just played for the first time, and think it's an ACE. There is a lot to this make to make it very playable. I thought the way that card colours and potions influenced the game were definite 'extras' - they add challenge and excitement. But it is CRUCIAL to appreciate that the evil Mr Hyde is trying...
